Raise your right arm overhead,

your arm. Inhale deeply.

Exhale as you arch to the left.

As you stretch, keep your shoulder

blades flat on your back and lift

the right side of your ribcage with

each inhalation.

Keep your back flat and your arm

extending. Take three to five deep

breaths, and then come back to

center. Raise your left arm overhead
